TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb. 4, 2015) - Buffalo Coal Corp. (TSX:BUF) (JSE:BUC) ("Buffalo" or "the Company") informs shareholders that, in accordance with paragraph 2.6A of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") Limited Listing Requirements, Buffalo has terminated its South African sponsor mandate with Sasfin Bank Limited with effect from 28 February 2015.
The Company has appointed Questco Proprietary Limited as its new JSE sponsor, with effect from 1 March 2015.
